Hi - I'm Jacqui!
I started my entire business by flipping trash. That's right, I didn't have a DIME to invest into my business so, I would drive around on big trash day and collect "trash" like furniture, sport equipment, purses, toys, etc and host garage sales every weekend. I took any money that I made and invested into equipment and learned how to "craft" at home.
This eventually led to me starting my first Etsy shop making wood signs. After giving birth to my second son, I found myself short on daylight and started researching sublimation.
And just like you, I knew NOTHING about sublimation or running a scalable business.
I spent HOURS and HOURS doing TONS of research and overanalyzing equipment, blanks, strategies, and was met with tons of mistakes and wasted time.
Eventually, I got the hang of sublimation and launched my business almost an entire year later.
I started in the hallway of my home and now, 4 years later, I am now in a 2500 square foot warehouse and production shop with a team employed and handling the day-to-day operations.
